Hi , I recently tried to post info twice on a forum. Both times it was blocked by dot Defender. What is Dot Defender and how do I stop it from blocking my posts ? Thanks

Gold Fish I recently had the same problem. If you include quotes and some other unusual punctuation it might refuse to post. Try removing the punctuation marks and it might go. Scoffy

I'm having problems too. Arrrg!! What a waste of time! By the way, Webmaster, I'm not able to post just by hitting the "reply to Topic" button. In order for me to post to the regular forums, I have to hit the "reply to topic", then the back button on my browser, then wait for the "please wait" button to appear, then press that. How ridiculous.

Guys, dot defender doesn't like double hyphens, which I'm in the habit of using. It drove me nuts until I figured out that dot defender only likes single hyphens. Hope that helps. P.S. If anyone knows an easier way to post images here rather than http:// addressing (huh?), then please let me know. If we could easily post images here, then it would surely make our cafe discussions more informative.
